SERVICE TO OTHERS
Cub Scouting focuses on the home and neighborhood. It helps Scouts strengthen connections to their local communities, which in turn supports their growth and development.
Pack 137 serves our community in different ways throughout the year. We collect for a local food pantry, visit nursing homes, clean up local parks and trails, march in community parades, and more!

SCOUTING
FOR FOOD
Each November Pack 137 participates in Scouting for Food, collecting non-perishables from the community for Shepherd's Shelf. The scouts collect, quality-check, sort, and deliver these donations to the food pantry; here Troop 137 takes over with stocking the shelves. Thanks to the generosity of our local community, we hand over a larger donation each year!

CAROLING AT THE BIRCHES
For several years we have joined our friends at The Birches at Harleysville for singing, snacks, and fun.

MEMORIAL DAY PARADE
Pack 137 marches in the Memorial Day parade in Harleysville to show our community who we are!
COMMUNITY CLEAN-UPS
The scouts do a good turn by cleaning up the neighborhoods where we live. Every year we clear the fields at the Harleysville Park the morning after the Harleysville Fair fireworks show. We also participate in different stream and trail cleaning projects in the local community.
